HISTORY

AIS was founded in 1994. The Company has grown and now employs over 50 Investigators and operates nationwide, including Northern Ireland and the Channel islands, with its head office in Cardiff.

STAFF

All the Company’s investigators are former Police, Military or Public Service investigators; Detectives who have been trained to the highest standard and come with impeccable references. Our people are experienced professionals with skills to undertake any type of enquiry, ranging from protracted criminal matters; undercover operations; surveillance; fraud and financial irregularities, intellectual property investigations, asset tracing, financial investigation; fraudulent claims of all kind, national process serving and last but not least, road traffic accident/ collision investigations.

Our investigators are strategically based throughout the UK; adding local knowledge as a substantial asset to their wealth of detection and investigation skills.

QUALITY

AIS are an ISO 9001-2008 accredited business, it has built up a loyal client base, including national insurance companies; car rental organisations; UK and offshore banks; the legal profession; many blue chip industrial, retail and commercial organisations;and private individuals. Every case is appointed a lead investigator, overseeing the investigation process from start to finish, under the watchful eyes of the AIS quality control team.
