Code of Ethics

AIS(2000) is the trading name of AIS 2000 Cardiff Limited and will hereinafter be referred to as AIS. The M.D. (managing director) of AIS is a member of the ABI, we are registered under the Data Protection Act, The M.D. is licensed by the Office of Fair-Trading, AIS is also an ISO accredited firm.

AIS will:

• • Undertake all professional duties in accordance with the highest moral principles and never be guilty of conduct, which will bring reproach upon, our clients, our governing body, or AIS.
• • Verify the credentials of clients ensuring they have lawful and moral reasons to instruct an investigation.
• • Respect the privacy of clients and their lawful confidence.
• • Ensure that our services are adequately secure to protect privacy and to guard against inadvertent disclosure of private information.
• • Ensure that all employees and other persons assisting an investigation adhere to this Code of Ethics, accepting responsibility thereof.
• • Conduct all investigations within the bounds of legality, morality and professional ethics.
• • Respect the best interests of our clients, by maintaining the highest standards of proficiency.
• • Report to our clients all the facts ascertained, whether they be advantageous or detrimental, ensuring that nothing be withheld from the clients save by the dictates of law.
• • Observe the precepts of truth, accuracy and prudence together with the highest professional objectives.
• • AIS will when required, produce a mutually agreed service level agreement between a client and the company.
